- Most orders are shipped within 4-5 days and delivered within 8-10 days from the date of dispatch.
- We ship orders through multiple facilities - your order maybe split into multiple shipments based on product availability and to reduce shipping time.
- All returns and exchanges need to be routed through the My Account section.
- On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and sms. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, you will receive details of the courier partner and tracking details of your parcel. You can also check the status of your order by logging into the “My Account” section.

Shipping for Cash On Delivery Orders:
By availing our Cash on Delivery (COD) facility, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
- COD orders will be booked only if your pin-code is serviceable for COD by our Courier Partners. If unserviceable, will reach out to you with relevant details.
- There are no additional charges for COD orders. The COD facility is FREE for all orders.
- Demand Draft/ Cheques will not be accepted for orders booked under the COD method of payment. It is strictly a immediate payment only method.
- E-Gift Vouchers or discount codes cannot be used for COD orders.
- Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment.
- Any dispute in the matter is subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and certainly unwashed - with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide us a proof of purchase (order number or payment details).
All returns and exchanges need to be routed through the My Account section.
If you're not able to do so for some unforeseen reason, you can contact us at connect@gazillion.in / +91 97691 64691 to initiate a manual return process. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned - custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, if any), and unfortunately, we won't be able to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
